I'm excited to share that I'll be mentoring at ELC Conference 26, one of Central Europe's premier engineering leadership events, happening on April 16 in Prague.
Last year I ran a workshop there. This year I'm coming back in a different role, as one of the mentors, available for 1:1 sessions throughout the day.
The conference brings together 350+ engineering leaders, CTOs, VPs, Directors and Engineering Managers, for a full day of talks, workshops and mentoring. Speakers this year are coming from companies like Stripe, Netflix, Microsoft, Superhuman, Meta and more, covering topics like AI-native engineering leadership, scaling teams and the future of engineering management.
Last year's edition sold out completely and got fantastic reviews. This year the lineup looks even stronger.
